I wanted to jump headfirst into Ayurvedic Healing and I found Elaine in the phonebook under Ayurveda. That was the beginning of a thoughtful and focused journey to well being. Like most women I waited until the very last minute, (shingles and pneumonia) to seek help for the signals of imbalance my body was giving me. First Elaine helped me work out something that was more affordable to me rather than taking one treatment at a time. We agreed to a package deal covering several treatments. Bodywork with lots of different oil treatments was my favorite. Elaine is thoughtful, insightful in ways that are meaningful, inspirational, and transformative. My suffering really turned into well being after several treatments as well as implementing changes in my lifestyle and diet. I am looking forward to working with her in the future to refine my diet, quiet my nervous system, balance my dosha’s and step into my true self.
